Golden Milk Recipe
A simple yet effective way to make golden milk, also known as turmeric milk or Haldi Ka Doodh.

- 1 cup milk Vegan option: soy milk/almond milk/rice milk
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2-3 black peppercorns
- 1-2 thin slices fresh ginger Add or reduce the amount depending on your preferences
- 2 cm cinnamon stick Can use cinnamon powder if preferred
- 1 tsp pure honey Optional
Heat a saucepan over medium heat and add the milk.
Add the turmeric and peppercorns and stir. Mix until the turmeric starts dissolving into the milk.
Add the sliced ginger and cinnamon stick. The milk should simmer and not boil. Allow the milk to simmer (5 minutes or so) and then remove from the stove.
Strain the golden milk into a mug. Add honey to your preference and enjoy!
